• issues.json: every listed issue with its product, counts, years, people in each period, whether it's reviewed, and for reviewed issues the quotes, principle and fix.
• issues.csv: the same issues as one row each, without quotes.
• complaints.csv: one row per comment behind an issue: comment id, product, issue and date.
